ALJBS will once again be accepting and sending nominations for the Samsung Scholarship in 2007. All applications for the scholarship and required paperwork should be with the delegates upon arrival to Rider's Campus on Father's Day. Each delegate's Senior City Counselor will be collecting applications by Monday morning. The selection of the scholarship nominees are based on the national standard used: academic record; involvement in school activities; involvement in community activities; community service; financial need and additional bonus points in the selection process will be awarded to descendants of U.S. veterans of the Korean War.
