Gubenatorial Candidates debate prior to Thursday's election

The 63rd session of American Legion Jersey Boys State continues as the Gubenatorial Candidates debate prior to this afternoon's election. Federalist Edward "Ed" Reep of Fair Lawn (Bergen County) and Nationalist Jon-Matthew Hopkins of Morriston (Morris County) were named candidates at an outdoor assembly on the Rider University quad. Throughout the night they prepared speeches and campaigned among the 16 ALJBS cities. The debate is currently being held in the Cavalla Room and being conducted by the six editors of the ALJBS Newspaper.
